This page explains who wrote to you, where your business contact details came from, and how to stop hearing from us.
Stopping the emails. Use the unsubscribe page or write to info@learncubetraining.com. You do not need to give a reason. We remove your details from all outreach on receipt and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

How we got your details
We contacted you at a business address, in your professional capacity, because the subject of the email relates to your role. Your details came from publicly accessible sources — your employer's website, a professional network, a public directory, an industry listing, or a conference or event listing. We did not buy your details from a list broker and we do not contact private addresses.
The details we hold are limited to: name, job title, employer, business email address, and where published, a business telephone number.
Legal basis
We process your business contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering our services to relevant professional contacts, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is in offering language training to organisations that buy or run it for their people. We have weighed that against your interests and treat the impact as limited because we write to a work address, about your professional role, and you can stop the emails at any time.
You may object at any time, without giving reasons. See the box at the top of this page.
Your rights

Write to info@learncubetraining.com for any of these. We reply within one month.
How long we keep your details
If you do not reply, we delete your details 12 months after the last email. If you object or unsubscribe, we delete everything except a suppression entry — your email address and the date — kept indefinitely so that you are not contacted again.
If you want to complain
Our data protection authority is in Brandenburg (lda.brandenburg.de). You can also go to the authority where you live or work.
Who else handles your details
We use two service providers. They act on our instructions only and may not use your details for their own purposes.

Contact records are stored in the European Union. Pipedrive and its infrastructure providers may access them from outside the EEA, including the United States. Those transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. A copy is available on request. Our DataChi workspace is hosted and processed in the EU.
